The Superstar Denise Show™ (“we”, “us”, “our”), produced by Skyllamas Productions LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit www.superstardenise.com (the “Site”).

1. Information we collect

• What you send us. When you apply to be a guest or for Superstar Spotlight, or write to us: your name, email, phone (if given), age group, your answers, links and video links. For applicants aged 13 to 17, a parent or guardian’s name and email. We don’t accept applications from children under 13.
• Pre-interviews. If we invite you to a pre-interview: the time you book, your phone, anything you tell us, and a recording of the video call. We record pre-interviews for internal use only, to prepare your story for the show; recordings are never published or shared outside the show’s team, and we keep them only as long as we need them to prepare your appearance. You agree to the recording when you book, and you can ask us not to record.
• Recording days. When you’re booked to record: the day and time, your release (what you signed, the details you filled in, when you signed and from which internet address, so we can show it was you), and the photos, videos and other files you send us, with your confirmation that you have the rights to them. Files you send go to the show’s private storage, which only our team can open, and are used for your episode and to promote it, as your release says.
• Usage data. Information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and time spent on the Site.
• Cookies. The Site itself doesn’t use advertising cookies. The spam check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) and played YouTube videos may set their own.

2. How we use it

• To review your application and contact you (and your parent or guardian, if you’re under 18) about the show.
• To respond to inquiries and requests.
• To send updates and newsletters, only if you opted in.
• To keep the Site secure and understand how it’s used.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share it

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Applications are stored securely by Skyllamas Productions LLC, and only the show’s team can see them. We may share information with service providers who help us run the Site or the show (for example email delivery and hosting), if required by law, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

4. Videos

Episodes play from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube’s own policy applies when you play a video.

5. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in every email. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected]. Most browsers let you manage cookies.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Links to other websites

The Site links to our guests’ and performers’ own websites and social media. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
